imperfect games not showing up

Was trying to get a few games that are considered "imperfect" because they lack sound. Under mame32 they appear under "Imperfect-Missing Sound". I have allow imperfect games on in gamex, and rebuilt the gamelist, however these titles are not showing up under All Mame games. As soon as I switched gameex to allow non-working games, they now appear in the list. One example title I was looking to add was "hidnctch". Mame32 shows its status as Working and Game lacks sound.

Its working as it should. I consider these games not working. As far as I am concerned imperfect means they work with just a few minor discrepencies No sound means they dont work to me. Vanilla MAME ie the game xml output also considers these games not working, and thats what GameEx looks at.

gamex has a filtering of mame games . tune the right display filters via the config for mame games ie "display imperfect games" orwhat the filetering optionis called
