hello all i would like to know if it is poseble to autorun gameex from a dvd or cd with all emus and roms on it

i would like to have emus setup demo version on dvds for some friends that have had on luck with emus

i am not shure about the dvd drive letter is there any strings like dvdrom: for the parth that way the drive letter could be anything

can this be done ?

I'm not sure what GameEx exactly puts into the registry. There may be a problem going from one pc to another. You will suffer performance issues with your emu's and games. Assuming you try running more then just mame games.

I would think it would be very nearly if not impossible to do, without a modified version

Couldn't one put up a self-extractor that unzips the ROMs and launches GameExSetup.exe?
