Problem starting gammex error code

I just formatted C: , Gameex is installed on D:\. I assume this error may be coming from a registry issue but I am unsure. I have no problem reinstalling gameex if I have to however I do have a problem losing my pics/themes/configs and whatever else is customizable.

The error is "this appilication failed to iniitalize properly (0xc0000135) Click ok to terminate the application" does it on all gameex executables

So how do I fix it or what dir. do I back up to reinstall

Well you might have to search and find out how to back up the required files...I don't know off hand what needs to be done there.

How ever just a shot in the dark...you did make sure to install the .NET RunTimes...correct?

Also you didn't use some thing like XPize or nLite on your OS...some times these can cause issues.

I had not installed .NET, I just did and it is working, thank you! I did not realize it because prior to formatting I had Visual studio installed and that was part of the package. thanks!
