Leave Media Center and GameEx running

Is it possible to leave Media Center and Gameex always running?

Right now when I launch GameEx from Media Center It looks like media center shutdown, I see the desktop, then a black screen for a few seconds, and then gameex starts up. When I close it Media Center starts up again.

Is it possible to always have Gameex running, so when I click on Gameex from within Media Center it just pops up? That way I wouldn't have to see the desktop or wait for it to load. And then when I exit it just minimizes and shows Media Center again without having to restart it.

Is there a way to do something like that?
