Brand new users needs help!

I am currently using SageTv for my PVR frontend and would like to use Gameex to be able to use my NES roms that I have. I have searched the forums over at Sage and have found a batch file to launch Gameex from Sage and have to focus return to Sage once I quit. That all works great but.....

1. When I launch a rom from within Gameex I can hear the sound coming from my TV but I get no video....just a black screen. When I hit esc it brings back the menu for Gameex. I have tried both the NES emulators listed and have the same result with both.

2. Also, I have a Harmony 880 remote using it like the Hauppauge 150 remote and I cant seem to get the remote to work in Gameex. I have found some codes to put in the irremote.ini file but I am not sure if they are correct or not. If anyone has this working, could you send me a copy of your ini file so I can take a look?

For your 1st question. Is show desktop enabled for your Nes emulator? Should be under your config settings for your nes emulator. Use the setup wizard to find it.

for Question 1 sounds like you have got the wrong res for the emulator try loading the emulator up not in full screen for a start then i would use the send key function in gameex to make the emulator go into full screen. the send key will depend on what emulator you are using.

Does anyone know how to make the hauppage remote work with gameex using NESstopia and zsnes? Thanks!
