The GameEx databases were no longer maintained and had not been updated since 2018 so I took it upon myself to scrape new versions using more modernly available sites and data. All the databases are now included with the installer and no longer need to be downloaded. The installer will overwrite existing databases but I can't think this will be a problem for anyone.
