Using GC-Dolphin In gamex Runnable?

Well I am not really surprised by this but a bit bumbed. I was able to setup my Dolphin emulator in Gameex for Super Smash Brothers But its virtually unplayable due to the high graphics. I have a nice pc 4000+ 6800GT 2gb ram etc.

I assume all GC emulations are pretty much unplayable for everyone due to the graphics or is their a trick to getting the frame rate smoothed?
