Not that I'm asking you to do that... I was hoping you tried that already.

Although the two of you are having similar problems, you both have very different setups...

Is this maybe a StickyKeys issue? that's the only idea I have. As stated before, I cannot reproduce this problem in my gaming environment.

As far as the reviews I've read, everyone who MAMEs seems to lean towards the LCD TopGun... link to thread...

I have to say that I don't currently use one but I was looking at this also.

I have my joysticks all set up to navigate GameEx and cab-friendly controls are set to on.

If your having the issue, could you confirm that is is consistent. ie always does it and at the same time.

The stupid obvious thing that it could be is the Exit Game After setting, which is the last setting in the config under Enable/Disable.

you mean the "auto exit games after" setting? thats disabled, no it doesnt seem to happen consistently

Ive read the entire thread, but couldnt see what sort of controller your using?

If your using a gamepad, it may just be your hitting the exit game combo, since your playing fighting games, perhaps?

You cant disable it for MAME at the moment. Its Buttons 4,5,6 with Left-Up. This is for gamepads only.

Perhaps I should add button 1 too.

Why yes it is in the docs page. Had to look twice to find it. I even have the commands printed out. I use it as a cheat sheet. Any way to incorporate this into GameEx? I guess I could create snaphots and view them as pictures. Would rather have them as an option on the start page. /runs away in the corner in shame. =(
