[Update List?] Now Broke?

I thought GameEx was now to the point where it detects if there is a new change in it's settings and forces an update. For example.... It knew that I was using Mame110 and I just put Mame111 on. So shouldn't it recognize the new version and force an update to find the newly available roms? I could be wrong though, just checking cause if I'm right.. it didn't do it.

i set mine not to update and it updated.

must be a fault somewhere,i thought this had been fixed
