Instant sheller 2.00, install issues..

Hi folks, im trying to install this app to try it out for a coinops cabinet, but i keep getting a runtime error. The exact error displayed is attached. The app installs ok on my win11 machine, but not on the pc i intend to use for the cab, win10 based. 

 

Any ideas?

PS: Bug in setup when trying to install .net 2 framework on win 10 and newer. If .net 2 already installed it was working
