Unable to Get Main Menu Logo Assets to Download

I'm a bit stumped with this one and just hoping I've got something simple wrong but my ma [in menu has no logos just squares with X's on it for each system. I've keyed in my account details for GameEx and Emumovies.

Game screenshots and other metadata look to be downloading but nothing on the main menu.

I've confirmed my account details, changed my password to something that has a simpler make up in case some sort of special characters or length was causing issues. But i can't get anything looking at my [GAMEEX_EVOLUTION].log file i can see messages for GXAssetDownloader_LogonFailures.

Also tried using email and username for logon but it's the same unfortunately. Am i missing something?
