Updating to 18.09 error

just tried updating to GameEx 18.09 and I’m getting a registry access error during install.

I’ve attached a screenshot. TRY AGAIN and IGNORE don’t work.

thats a weird one  pretty sure its a very limited issue. maybe just your system. Anything special about your setup? What os?

Nothing new or weird. I’m running Windows 10 and I always do your updates as they come out. I had just done 18.07 or 08 and it was fine.

I deleted the install file for the previous version so I can’t check it now.

I’ll just wait for the next update

I dont think anything changed in the setup between the last few versions. Im puzzled.

Its an error trying to update compatibility settings for an exe.

Did you change any of the compatibility settings, such as run as admin or anything?

Hi Tom,

So after a restart and a couple of more tries it finally installed properly. Not sure what it was but looks like it was just something in my system.
