Ye, its me again, teh neighborhood pain :)

Anyway. I hame my gamex configured properly for mame. I am running version 1.10 (mamepp)

As I have stated in my previous posts, I want teh scanline effect and teh rgb overlays don't cut it for me.

Then I stumbled across advanceMame. Looks great, seems ad If I can really tweak teh way in which it is presented on my monitor. Problem is, there are no really good manuals or tutorials about how to set it up. It also seems to be prevalent for Linux users. That is ok I know linux, but I am not running linux on my arcade cab.

Is there a really good windows advancemame tutorial? How to set it up? I feel if I can get it to run I will be able to tweak teh final settings in the UI. I ran the batch files that come with advancemame and some things work, etc... I am not sure what needs to be set, configured,...

When I configure gamex to use advancemame and I launch a game from within teh mame section, the screen goes black and I need to hard boot .

As always your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
