Video snaps cause background to go black

After upgrading to the latest version, I'm finding that selecting any game that has a video snap causes the background in my theme to go black.  If the game doesn't have a video snap, but say, just an screen snap, then the background remains.  Going back to the old version (16.54) it doesn't do this, but doing an update to the latest introduces this behavior.  I can post my ini files later if needed, but first just wondering if this is a known issue.

No not known, please post. Probably just need a tweak to your theme.ini.

I'll post the ini and log when I get back to my machine...I should note, however, that I did try with the default theme as well and it exhibited the same behavior.
