[RESOLVED] Release 16.80 and LCD Smartie

Hi.. it seems that since release of 16.80 no data was written to the RegIstry to view in LCD Smartie Game names or other infos.. I reinstalled a release from November 2020. here lcd smartie shows data again.

Yeah, I removed it. Figured nobody had used it for years. Ill look at putting it back.

i'm using it since many years. There are no other lcd matrix plugins. The Official GameEx LCD/LED Plugin doesn’t work with my 4x40 char matrix

Could you pleae re-add the feature or add support to the LCD/LED Plugin via CH341A Driver?

This one take me back a bit. That plugin must be 16 years old. Can you upload it here?

i checked the registry first but i didn't see the entrys which lcd smarties read..

Yeah your right actually. I must have done an undo as the code was remarked again. Doing new version now. Be there in a minute.

 

And was hoping for the source code. Maybe i didnt provide it.

16.92 there now. I checked current_user\software\gameex\lcd and looks good.

That plugin is pre vista though and it may well be looking in local_machine. If it was working for you though obviously not.

Sorry to keep you waiting so long for this. I guess I underestimate how many people still use GameEx. Its nice though..
