[RESOLVED] Creating a Multi-Database Filter List

Recommended Posts

I've now fully embraced the new dynamic filter lists and really like the flexibility.  I've created a number of them for my main database (Visual Pinball).  I want to create a filter for all systems as well.  However, I cannot figure out how to configure the ini file to look across all systems.  Currently I just have two:  Visual Pinball and VPX.

Here's my ini file:

[Filter]
Comment=*TEST*
Year_from
Manufacturer
Category
Description
Author
Theme
System=Visual Pinball
Year_to
File

I thought that changing the System to blank, or System=* would make a difference.  Neither of these seemed to work.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Okay... Never mind.. I finally figured it out..  If you want to have a filter list that goes across ALL Systems then in the System= field type System=All Systems

I figured it would be something easy but it took me forever to figure it out.
