Pinup Popper and Pup Pack odd problem..

Hey all! This odd problem just popped up and I am hoping someone can help. So I got a drive error, cleaned everything up and rebooted. Now in Popper I am getting no images short of the arc, no loading video or voice, and none of my pup packs are working. Also, Fax3 backglass isn’t working. At my wits end. Hoping someone else has had this problem and can help. Should be noted that my PC also tried unsuccessfully to install a windows update but rolled back as it was unsuccessful, any help would be so appreciated!
