Medium Resolution Arcade Monitor

Excuse me if this is a simple question of which the answer can be found at this forum. But I could not find the answer.

So here it is.

I've got one question about GameEx. First of all I wanna say that GameEx is absolutely fantastic.

A friend of mine has got it up and running, and it's great. I've got an arcade cabinet myself.

It's running ArcadeOs and works fine. But I got a new cabinet lately in which I want to built

a GameEx system. I've got a J-pac, arcade VGA (version 1), and everything necessary.

My new cabinet is a beautiful 1996 Wargods (Midway) in mint condition.

This cabinet has a medium resolution monitor.

My question is: Is it posible to get GameEx running with a ArcadeVGA and a medium resolution monitor ?

I want to donate, and use the full version of GameEx. But first I want to be sure if it works on my new

cabinet.

btw. It looks like the latest ArcadeVGA works fine with a Medium Res. monitor. I could buy a new one.

But i've already got an (older version) Arcade VGA. I would first wanna try to get that one working before

buying a new one.

GameEx will need some coding changes to work with the new arcadeVGA card and a medium res monitor.

If someone has this setup with the new card, I will work with them to get this working in GameEx, if anyone wants to help.

I personally am unable to test a medium res monitor with the older card, so don't know what will work. Are you able to test it yourself with the older card.
