Winuae How do I set the x-arcade to a different default then the original one.

My game roms are in a different keysetting of x-arcade.  How would I CUSTOMIZE win uae to match the keys of my emulator ?

I would like to program it to use the cursor keys and H to fire.  Which the 2nd setting does 90 % but I can't seem to map the fire key and have it stay.  Do I have to save that as an indifidual config?
