Problems after update

Is anyone having problems with the "bypass disclaimer and warning" option in GameEx after the last update? I have it set to "YES" but they still pop up. It has been working fine for years until I updated yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing happened in the last update. There were some changes to it last year or so.

Provide all the usual info I need to troubleshoot then I will help further,

Log file, gameex.ini. MAME version, version you upgraded from, anything else updated.
