joystick input settings problem

Hello Guys!

i seaarched here to find a solution, but i found nothing.

So i ask now...

in this tab, i can set the Buttons.

But when i click the three points to make an input, the window closes immediately.

the Keyboard keys i can set and there everything works fine.

This is odd....

where the error can be?

i cannot type in too.

there is no way to set there something.

windows in controller settings shows, that every button work fine.

i use the EG USB encoder withthe Buttons.

i hope i can use this! can this be the problem?

But when i take the controller away and have no controllers in any USB port...the menu  reacts the same.

Sounds like you have a control held down to me.
