Snapshots

Hi, I am a first time user of gameex, and so far I think its great. The problem I am having is I cant find where to make snapshots of the games. I have it enabled in the configuration, but it is no where to be found in the UI

Thats where I thought I remembered seeing it, but mine is not showing.... Is there more than the on/off setting in the config program that would affect this?

Try turning the database off for the emulator. If you can see the snaps section after that, update GameEx.

Is 'create snaps' perhaps a registered only feature?

I know it was there originally, but I didnt bother with it in the begining because I was trying to get everything else working right. I dont know what I did to make it dissapear... and now that I have everything set up right I dont want to reinstall

If I just reinstall without uninstalling will I loose all my paths and whatnot?

Well, I reinstalled over my existing install and snaps work in all the console emulators but it wont show up in mame

I'm thinking it isn't an option until you get to the game screen... And don't quote me on this but I think it's create videos for MAME and not snaps?

Again, I'm not positive about the second one there.
