a Game Ex bug?

Hello!

I am building a 2 Player Bartop at themoment and want to use GameEx Its a really nice prog.

but i think i have a little bug (i am not sure though)

when i have used Game Ex on my working PC after that its difficult to open new windows. they wont come to the foreground but open in the background. so i have to minimize the actual window that is displayed at that moment to see the new window.

for example i have opera at the screen and want to see a picture with irfanview, so i click the picture - irfanview opens but opera is still in the foreground. i can even click on the irfanview icon at the taskbar. the icon will be activated but the window is still in the background. i have to minimize Opera to see irfanview.
