pinballX DMD placement

Any reason why all my tables that were setup with proper DMD placement in VPX (centered in DMD area of backglass db2s) , using 2 sceens when loaded via pinballX the DMD is on the main playfield, bit the Backglass loads correct.  

If I redo all the placement in pinballX will it maintain it?  

I am new to this front end so forgive me if this is a common issue I did try a search.
