Unable to get NES to play

OK I have tried several ideas and am not getting my emulator to play the game.  The game lists are correct and the envelope opens, but I have tried putting the directroy to the roms["C:\consoles\Nes|roms"]  and that doesn't seem to work.  I took the quotes out and typed[C:\console\Nes\roms]  and tried that  and it is still not finding the games than I tried [""] and that didn't work either, so what am I missing?

Set your command line to this: fceux.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

Your rompath and working path look fine. I've not used this emulator, but I believe that is all you need.
