"New or missing tables have been detected"...can I deativate this?

So when adding new tables, I get this window:

If I mistakingly click yes, then things get really jacked up since I have PBX configured differently from the norm. Last time, it took hours to clean up the mess. So is there a way I can deactivate this window, so it does not even appear?

Yes, it can be disabled. Option is right there under general settings I believe.
