Can not start settings.exe

Hello, today I've downloaded PinballX, after installation I was able to open settings. exe, but trying to open for a second time is impossible, I have restarted the computer and nothing, trying as administrator and nothing.  What can I do?

I would try downloading and installing the latest version even if you did already.

If you still have problems please post the logs and pinballx.ini
