TV Overscan and Daphne

Hi I am having issue with Daphne and the oversan of a regular tv. I was able to adjust the overscan of the NVIDIA card where Game EX and the other emulators work just fine. However when I run a Daphne game for example DL the game loads in full screen and the overscan cuts off the overlays. Has anyone had this issue if so how did you resolve it. Are there any command line items that I can add to correc this . Please let me know. Thanks

Video stretching

Your stuck in a catch 22

You'll notice that if you play any video (dvd, mpg, avi), they will all bleed over

If you turn off overscan, then you get the border around everything except videos

Its not Daphne - it VIDEO OVERLAY settings

The only real option is to get another video card - ATI has options to match video source or stretch video in addition to monitor (display) fine grained adjustments

You can look for hacked video drivers (DNA or OMEGA)

..try alternate driver - or get different video card...not much more to offer here

I am able to change the display area with my video card to where everything is viewable but when daphne runs and stretches the game full screen it overrides what the video card did.
