Gameex Error

Guys I updated a couple of days ago to v 6.56 ( I know its not the newest now) and whenever I scroll through games like in mame gameex will crash. It only seems to happen when I'm holding the arrow down scrolling through for a few seconds. Here is the error log

I would agree and say it's probably a good ole fashioned botched upgrade. So just rename your current GameEx folder, install the latest version and then copy over your old GameEx.ini file "the config file" and then run it again. Bet it works... I've unfortunately had a few upgrades botch myself...but for $10.00 I can't gripe

It looks like gameex is trying to draw some of the interface items outside of the 1024x768 screen area. Try installing again, with the option to download the themes selected.

I got errors similar to this when I tried to replace Windows Media Player with Media Player Classic

Long story short - I needed to reinstall video driver and DirectX
