videosnaps not playing/snaps not visible

hey guys!

I've downloaded snapshots and videosnaps from pleasuredomes Mame 0.195 Extras and Multimedia torrent

 

my folders are: G:\mame extras\snaps

g:\mame multimedia\videosnaps

videosnaps are mp4 and play fine in VLC

 

I've entered these folders into the setup wizard of gameex

 

everything is showing fine (PCB, Panel, Artwork etc), but I don't see any snaps or videos. the area is just black :-\ I do hear sound of the video though

Do I need to install any codecs or what is wrong? If you need something like log or config files, please let me know

Please install the lav codecs, it what we all use and maybe the answer to your problem. If thats doesn't do the trick please post your GameEx.ini and log.file.
