FTP Server download speed

Hello!

I searched the forums and found posts back to 2011 about download speeds of 50-150K.  Is this really acceptable for paid members??? My FTP program says I will have my MAME pack in 4 days at 80kbps!!!  Can someone please confirm if this is normal. If so I would like a refund. 150kbps is unacceptable in 2018

Yes I have checked all possible bottlenecks on my end. Seems like the FTP connection is throttled. Starts at 150k and reduces to 80k every time.

I will happily donate $10 for the application and download the stuff I need on my own

I've rebooted the server. I am getting 1mb right now with a single file. See if its any better for you. Otherwise please contact me privately with any other concerns.

No, it just depends where you are located in your case. Its much faster for folks in Europe.

im getting 6.4 meg a sec at the moment im only on a 100meg connection so im happy with that :-)

you do know that game ex has a setting to do this for you.
