How to activate GameEx with registration key

How do you use the registration key to activate GameEx and remove the bag screen? I never got an email with my key after I paid.

where do you insert the key, I never got mine either just a receipt for my purchase. I also signed up for both the year pass and the unlock all content

also I think I might have bought the wrong product, can I get refunded for one of those? I bought the year pass and the convert-it, which one of those do I need for the registration key?
