Missing Files for Themes in GameEx 3.60

Trying to get the Video Fun theme to work in 3.60, but it's keeping GameEx from starting properly (I get an error message). From what I read in the news flash, I need RadioBak.bmp and Picctures.bak.

Please advise where I can get these files and where I need to place them in the GameEx folders.

There installed in the Default - Default them directory with 3.60
