New version of the theme editor fixing saving issues

Fixes vertical games not being correctly detected with MAME 0.107

Fixes issues where the jukebox was scanning for audio twice when loading

Hugely faster loading of Jukebox when in tag mode and new music has been added

New feature to have GameEx automatically exit any game after a set amount of minutes (regardless of whether its in use)

oooh i think i asked for that.. can you not make that use an activity timer (general input on the system)? otherwise it could quit people having long gaming sessions. it could be set really high like 4 hours but im not sure how useful that would be.
