Suggestions for file renaming program?

Guys, need help.

I have a bunch of snes and nes roms, but I need a renaming program for the screenshots I downloaded at a different site. The names aren't the same so when gameex searches for the screenshot it takes forever. Can someone recommend a fast and easy renaming program, rather then manually doing each one?? It will take me years!!

Cowering's GoodTools has always been my salvation. It's the most widely used ROM renamer, and if you're command-line deficient, you can download GoodGUI.

This program will decipher, name and even catagorize your ROM collection.

Example: Super C becomes Super C (U) [!], or Super C (J) [o1], etc etc.

Most screen shots are also in this format.

You can try out the Generic Artwork Renamer if the names are similar enough. It dosn't always work great, but it might be worth a try.
