Duplicate games

In my emulator rom collection (not mame) I see alot of duplicates when using gameex. I've tried to get only usa sets and I know I've missed some. So is there an easy way to filter out duplicate game names in gameex for the emulated games like gameboy etc?

I will try this when I get home, but a couple of questions. I have already run goodtools and gotten most of the regions sorted and removed. Will goodmerge also sort the different versions of the games ex advancewars v.1.0 and v1.1 ? I think that is where my main problem is. Also does it physically move the roms into seperate folders or just sort them in gameex. In reality I'd just like to delete them totally from my systems. Thanks again for the help adultrey.

I messed around with it a little while and I think its not really what I'm looking for. I think if I could get good tools to sort out the versions of the games and not just the regions then I could go from there.
