Very significant speed improvements to the MAME game list update. Especially the verify. You now only need to make 2 cups of tea rather than 10 now. Note that this may break the update for some older MAME versions. However I feel the trade off in performance is worth it.

GameEx will now run from a UNC path.

Fixes a few minor cosmetic issues introduced in the last release.
