[ RESOLVED ] SEGA MODEL 2 KEYS?

HI Guys.

Im sure this has been covered before but cant seem to track it down I have the sega model 2 emulator up and running in GameEx but having
problems mapping a few keys , mainly where it has analog joystick for accelerate, brake etc.... i cant remap these to a keyboard key for example
forward arrow for speed up, down arrow for break etc, i've looked at the advanced keymap config but there is no option for this. how would i go about
assigning these keys for games. I've done the left right up down etc.... but cant alter the ones with a square box next to them

Ian,

I personally use an Analogue Joystick for those games but I've just had a little play with the controls.

Taking Daytona USA as an example:

Load the Daytona USA ROM

Hit Escape to come out of Fullscreen

Select Game - Configure Controls

Un-Tick the boxes next to Steering, Accelerate and Brake (otherwise it expects Analogue Input)

Up, Down, Left and Right now work, I can hold down the Up Arrow to keep accelerating and use the Left and Right Arrows to steer!

Thats so odd i had tried this before but it didnt work, ive just tried again and DOH! it now works...Thanks :-)
