Steam games not showing up

None of my steam games are showing up in GameEx. Steam is installed on the C: drive but I have all my steam games installed on another drive. I tried installing one game onto the C: drive and that particular game showed up in GameEx, but I can't install all my games onto my C: drive because it is a small SSD. How do I go about making them show up? I thought maybe I would have to change some config file to point to my steam library folder but I'm not positive and I wouldn't even know which config it is in. Any thoughts? Thanks.
