PANIC! HELP! GameEx Not Loading Games?

ok- Im in a panic- I've got a group of people coming over in 1 hour to play my machine- and gameex won't load any games! I get it started, it plays the jukebox songs, shows the vidoes/screen shots of the games- but- when I click on a game to start it- screen goes black like it's trying to load it, but then comes right back to the GameEx menus where I left off. Doesn't matter which game I choose- same results.

I just downloaded and installed the latest version as well- HEEEEEELLLLP!!!!

Oh- Im using Analog+XP if that helps any...

ok- I try booting up Mame32AnalogXP.exe- try running a game, and it tells me all the files are not found. I checked my mame32/roms directory- they're all still there. Can someone help me out here? I'd really appreciate it!
