Hi Tom, which logs do you need ? only the pinballx/log/log.txt after failing to start a table with it´s backglass and the pinballx configuration or something special else ?

I am really looking for specs of system including storage. It seems this is a timing issue perhaps more adverse on lower end systems.

I'm running an i5, gtx 960 video card, 16 gb of ram definately not low end

 250gb ssd drive.

 

I agree this one will be hard to pinpoint as it could be file based, i've used one version of a backglass and nothing, then use a different download and then it works.  On demolition man, had to uncheck hide backglass in the game manager before it appeared.

I'm willing to test and help you solve this Tom, let us know what you need as this one part adds hours to configuration of one table when it should take about 15- 20 mins total to get a table going.

I really don't know but the full screen exclusive option in VPX states clearly itself B2S is not supported when used.

Just have to put this on the backburner.

Again, its really helpful to have the log and ini. I need to know if you have the Full Screen Exclusive hack enable or not.

i do have exclusive full screen enabled, had been working with about 85%-90% b2s backglasses.

I am talking about the setting in PinballX for the hack. Its not set in your ini so it is definitely on. Try turning it off please.

nope, disabled the hack, put type back to VP, problem tables not showing backglass.

Not sure if it matters, but my vpx tables are under other system which does not have that hack option.

Hi Tom. It seems you did it with the last patch. Taxi, Nascar and all of my other tables are starting now with D2BS Backglas (excl. fullscreen modus of VPX).

Fullscreen Hack is enabled and my VPX / PBX is installed on a HDD. A SSD ist planned for the future.

Here is the log / ini after starting PBX with your patch and successfully loading taxi / nascar with backglas.

Huh? I thought it was clear now, that it was a misunderstanding (s. my post below) and I had already apologized. And now I should still find myself in a situation others think I'm an asshole? An asshole?

Vielleicht solltest Du Deine Einstellung gegenüber Nicht-Muttersprachlern mal ein bisschen korrigieren.

Hey, I don't think you are running the correct exe or I screwed up. You are using Fullscreen exclusive mode in VPX?

Please double check with the attached. EXE should be dated around 3:30PM

yes that is enabled in VPX.

I am disabling and enabling the hack in PBX only.

Also check this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER, "Software\Visual Pinball\VP10\Player", "FsWaitTime",

It should be 0 or not exist.

That did it....

New exe, other system type set to visual pinball, hack is on.

That Registry key was set to 1388, changed to zero.
