Removing mouse cursor in emulators?

When I switch to full screen with certain emulators, like Project 64, it doesn't remove the mouse cursor. Anyone know of a way to remove it from being viewed in fullscreen?

This software will hide your cursor.

Note:this seems to work best when used in TWEAKS/PERFORMANCE

launch on startup dont wat c:\nomousy.exe /hide ---HIDES CUROSR---

launch on exit dont wait c:\nomousy.exe ---unhidescursor----
