PinballX v2.31 -- Checks Internet for Version?

Is PinballX version 2.31 supposed to reach out to the internet on startup? I see traffic like this in startup...

I have the following lines in the PinballX.ini file, and according to a previous post on this topic, version 2.30 and higher no longer checks the internet for a specific version.

DontDisplayUpdateMessage=True
Code=VpCabs1012

Anyone know why the startup of version 2.31 still appears to reach back for version information?

I just want to make sure this is not going to stop working a year from now.

It checks and notifies you on the bottom scroll on start up if a newer version is available. That's all.

Version 2.31 no longer expires. It still checks for a new version.
