GameEx requires .net 1.1??

I just set up my new PC for use with GameEx. I dl'd the .net 2.0 framework but did not dl the 1.1 framework. When I try to launch GameEx I get the following error: See attachment

It's no biggie but I just thought 1.1 wasn't required.

Don't quote me on this, but I thought Tom said 1.0 was no longer required, but you need to have 1.1 installed (although GameEx doesn't use it)

So yeah - you need to have 1.1 installed for GameEx to work... As far as I know.

The latest version install should not require the .net framework 1.1 or 1.0.

I'm guessing here though your installing the latest version over an older version, and the older version had some configuration files that would cause this to happen.

Either uninstall and delete the gameex directory and do a fresh install, or delete all the files in the GameEx directory that have the extension ".exe.config"

I'm like 99.9% sure that is the issue.
