I'm really running out of ideas.

Is there anyone else around with U360's that can verify the plugin is working or not for them?

I have a test program that uses my UltraStik dll's you can download here. See if it can detect your U360's and program them correctly.

I just wanted to tie up this loose end...

I have performed a complete reinstall of GameEx and MAME and all seems to be working correctly.
