This is strange.  I just noticed today that joytokey no longer works with games launched from GameEx (like Refender, Atari800, etc.).  I know they worked recently, and joytokey works perfectly if I launch the games outside of GameEx.  I'm not sure if this is a GameEx issue or not, but I haven't made any other recent changes other than upgrading GameEx from time to time.  If there is anyone else who is using the latest GameEx and joytokey, could you let me know if it is still working for you?  That will at least tell me whether it is a general problem or if its something wonky on my machine.

Never mind.  All is well.  Not actually sure what the problem was, but it seems to have gone away.
