Auto update.. when?

I'd like to know what condition GameEx uses to perform an auto update. Is it scheduled at a certain time, or what? Anyone know?

That's wierd cos mine isn't asking to be updated.. it did once, then Tom posted saying to download the new version because there ware an auto update bug.. I downloaded that version and it hasn't asked to update again... hmm

same here - but ive turned autoupdate off because its not good for ordinary users to see the prompt.

(still hoping for manually triggerred update check by key combo please tom)

I haven't seen any new updates since the autoupdate bug... that might be why you haven't gotten any.

Hi Headkaze, I've currently turned autoupdate off (on the server level) because of the bug. I expect I'll turn it back on for the next release.
