Ok, here is the issue I have.  When I launch Visual Pinball X there is no way to assign buttons for Coins and 1 and 2 players.  Also when I have launched VPX the Escape key doesn't work to exit back out to Pinball X.

The Escape key opens the menu Visual Pinball.

I use PinballX a key that is not Escape and do not put in use in any game, for example E.

La tecla Escape abre el menú de Visual Pinball.

Yo uso en PinballX una tecla que no sea Escape y que no pongas en uso en ningún juego, por ejemplo la E.

Weird thing is, I installed and set this up on my WIndows 7 office PC and everything works perfect.  Windows 10 Pro on Home PC.  Mind you, this isnt the first time I use PinballX.

Anyone else having these issues in Windows 10?

VPX settings are stored separately from VP9.  So any button configurations you have done in VP9, you have to repeat them in the VPX Preferences->Keys menu.

If you want Esc to exit back to PinballX, you need to disable the Esc button in VPX.  Open VPX.  got to Preferences->Keys and check the box for "Disable ESC key".  Of coarse, you also need to assign Esc as the Pinballx Exit emulator button...
