I seem to be having some issues with the latest version of the Game Manager.  The ROM setting on all the games got wiped out somehow, and when I try to add them back, they seem to randomly get cleared again.  It appears to happen when I change more than one at a time, and then save the list.

Also trying to import media packs now gives an error (screenshot attached).

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
