Supporting Member Upgrade

I purchased an upgrade to Supporting Member last week (2/25/16). PayPal was charged but as of today (3/1/16) my account has not been upgradedp. I've sent 4 messages requesting the upgrade and submitted my information including a copy of the PayPal receipt. I haven't gotten a reply yet. I apologize if this is the wrong place to request support, but the email system isn't monitored regularly. If you need the info sent again, I'd be happy to do it.
